Welcome to the TrueMed company website (hereinafter: the “Website” and the “Company”).

The use of the Website is subject to the following Terms of Use and Privacy Policy (hereinafter: the “Terms of Use”):

1. Please read the terms of use carefully and avoid using the Website if you do not consent to them. It is clarified that the use of the Website is subject to your full consent to the Terms of Use, reading the contents of the Website and any use you make of the website will testify to your consent to all such Terms of Use. It is emphasized that the very act of browsing the Website constitutes a final and irrevocable notice on your part that you have read these Terms of Use, understood them and consented to them without reservation. It is clarified that the Terms of Use apply to any browsing of the Website, via mobile phone, computer, app or any other means.

The Company reserves the right to change the Terms of Use from time to time, and the current wording of the Terms of Use as it will appear on the website will be the one binding the Company. The user of the Website (hereinafter: the “User”)will not have any claim and/or demand against the Company in respect of such changes.

Without derogating from the generality of the aforesaid, the Company has intellectual property rights in, inter alia, all the pages, content and information published on the Website, the graphic design and any other detail related to the Website. As part of the use of the Website, means for monitoring uses and collecting anonymous information: implementing Clarity tracking software to collect anonymous information about the user, implementing pixels on Linkedin and Twitter websites for anonymous user tracking, and for tracking Google Analytics, which collects anonymous information- have been installed on the user’s cellular phone or computer.

By using the Website, the User gives its consent to the collection of such information, and waives any and all claims of invasion of their privacy. The information collected is anonymous information, which is not stored in the Company’s databases but on third-party platforms (such as Google, Linkedin, Twitter).

The applicable law and jurisdiction
The law applicable to browsing the Website and actions under these Terms of Use is the Israeli law only.

The exclusive jurisdiction to hear any dispute regarding the Website and/or the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy and all that derives from them, has been invested solely and exclusively to the competent court in Tel Aviv district, Israel.
